Q6. What are Construction Kits and Sound Loops?
Construction Kits are essentially snippets of instrumentals, in multi-track form (individual sounds as loops), for flexibility in using the individual sound loops to aid in the creation of a new and unique composition. Generally musicians use audio construction kits as their source for instant-inspiration when creating new material for commercial or private release.
Another way to look at it is, film composers or music producers may be in need of a particular sound but don't necessarily have the means of creating those sounds; they may lack the ability to play a particular instrument or don't have access to the equipment necessary to complete the envisioned project. Construction Kits from Mosh Loops are an inexpensive alternative to hiring musicians, purchasing loads of equipment and/or paying for countless music lessons.
